Rand Ellis “Pop Pop” made this entire process straightforward from start to finish. He stayed attentive the whole time, kept everything low-pressure, and made it easy to move forward without second guessing anything. What stood out most was how he handled an issue with the first car I purchased. Instead of brushing it off or rushing through it, he stayed patient, worked through the problem with me, and made sure I ended up in a better situation. We ultimately landed in a 2026 Camry SE that was actually cheaper than a 2025, which says a lot about how he looks out for his customers. Solid experience all around and I’m very satisfied with the purchase.
