About Juan
Born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, I’m a bilingual Sales Consultant with two years of experience. My approach is built on transparency, product knowledge, friendliness, and trust – qualities I value deeply. I have a passion for helping people find the perfect car to fit their needs. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Kaizen Practitioner, and an Insights Analyst, with a strong focus on Customer Experience. During my time at Amazon, I received the Pecky Award for best implementation. More recently, I was recognized as Salesman of the Month at Landers Toyota of Little Rock. I’m a graduate of SEK International High School, Northumbria University of Newcastle, and have ties to FC Barcelona. My travels have taken me to Thailand, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, India, Hong Kong, and across Central America. When I’m not assisting clients, you'll likely find me spending time with my family – especially my daughter, Emma, who is my world. I enjoy travel, exploring new cuisines, hitting the gym, playing video games, fishing, and fly fishing. I am always happy to chat about fishing, hunting, geography, travel, food, cars, or pets.

GREAT! He worked with us until we were okay with purchasing our Corolla Cross. I don't know if we got the best deal possible but we are happy with the deal we got and that is what matters. There are a couple of minor things I need to ask about; will make an appointment as soon as I can.
