Austin's attention to customer care was top-notch. He provided what proved to be accurate cost estimates for the elements of my car's maintenance needs. I chose to wait for the vehicle. When the electricity went out at the dealership, he was quick to advise me of the constraints and gave me a time estimate that allowed me to manage my expectations. His demeanor is professional, approachable, calm and friendly. I will call him directly to make appointments for future maintenance.
